Sukiiiii best in business; kind, understanding, straightforward overall solid guy/ shop. Your shop is the only shop i’ll let touch my car. EVER; they rebuilt/ swapped my engine on my 335i last summer. Really helped me out and had patience with me despite my situation. Its been over a year now and I honestly just forgot with time. Suki, Shaquille and squad got my Mini into the shop with zero advanced notice, and took care of business. This team is committed to details, problem solving and creative solutions. As a person just coming in from out of town (New Jersry) I was ready to get the run around and price gouging.I have been working in the automobile business for years so I know what cost is on parts and service.After contacting Suki I was quickly at piece with Solo. They were able to quickly do a full front brake job and Oil change on my 2021 GLE 53 at a very reasonable price.I highly recommend them if you need service on your European or American vehicles.

You know how you get a five star review like this one? Easy be honest and kind. These folks Suki and Danny (?) are on the same street my daughter works off of. She called me with a issue this morning. I said... run it up to that place up from your office near Moe's. Even looked it up on Google. She said... Dad this place has all nice cars. I said good. Having owned over 50+ cars feel I have good intuition/experience/whatever when I see a shop. And the other reviews proved me right. AND these guys took a moment looked at her car, gave a diagnosis, and treated her the way that (a) I think they treat anyone and (b) treated her like she could have been there daughter, girlfriend, wife... with kindness and respect. "Tell you dad this is what is going on and if he doesn't wanna do the repair bring it back to us. And your car really needs some love." That is how you do business.
